Hi guys, I am at 1854 Lexington, just wanted to comment that I saw a young guy coming in and out of the back of the house that is vacant on middle of 1800 Lexington, two story brick/brown house on the market or lease by Modern City, next to John’s property, just FYI. I thought about calling the realtor just to let them know and be on the look out for campers/squatters.
